The film entitled Don’t Blink ran after the September Keynote in 2016 and set a precedent for a new kind of Apple film that came to be known as the event recap. Recaps summarized the headlines of a two hour event into two minutes or less. This allowed us to reach a much larger audience than the usual keynote crowd. Recaps weren’t easy to get right but I liked the challenge of making them, often to a very tight deadline.
